Content Marketing Intern

Roadie, a UPS company, is a leading logistics and delivery platform that helps businesses tackle the complexities of modern retail with unmatched delivery coverage, flexibility and visibility. Reaching 97% of U.S. households across more than 30,000 zip codes — from urban hubs to rural communities — Roadie provides seamless, scalable solutions that meet a variety of delivery needs.

With a network of more than 310,000 independent drivers nationwide, Roadie offers flexible delivery solutions that make complex logistics challenges easy, including solutions for local same-day delivery, delivery of big and bulky items, ship-from-store and DC-to-door.

Roadie is looking for a Content Marketing Intern that will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and automation. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to bring campaigns to life, engage our driver community, and optimize key marketing processes. If you’re a collaborative self-starter with an interest in marketing and technology, you could be a great fit for this role!

What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute requests from cross-functional teams for driver re-engagement and educational campaigns

  • Provide timely updates to the Customer Operations team on request submissions, including campaign results, segmentation strategies, and launch timelines

  • Assist with copywriting and launching ad hoc campaigns using Braze across email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for the driver newsletter to maintain a consistent flow of communication

  • Contribute to the creation of evergreen content such as blogs and support articles to support future engagement and retention initiatives

  • Support the planning and implementation of product and lifecycle marketing campaigns

  • Maintain and update the chatbot on driver.roadie.com to enhance driver interactions and customer support

  • Keep the support team informed about upcoming driver-facing communications, especially those related to new features or process changes, to ensure they’re prepared for related support tickets

  • Conduct surveys and market research to inform strategic marketing decisions

  • Brainstorm blog ideas, publish posts, and maintain an updated content library

  • Publish updates in the app to keep drivers informed about key initiatives, promotions, and news

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Creativity with an ability to craft engaging messages and campaigns

  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Braze, Hubspot, or Pardot, preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • A collaborative attitude and a passion for learning

Don't wait, tomorrow could be too late.
