Creator Partnerships Coordinator

About us

Rythm is the fastest-growing lab in America. We redefined at-home testing with the world’s easiest blood test and created a culture around monthly lab testing from home. We’ve processed millions of tests across all 50 states, and we do everything in-house, from sample testing and logistics to code, marketing, and design. That vertical integration gives us the speed, control, and creativity to shape the future of health and wellness.

The role

As our Creator Partnerships Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of Rythm's creator program. You’ll keep the machine running so our partnership engine can scale. You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and own the day-to-day execution across creator recruitment, onboarding, content collection, performance tracking, and creator communications.

This is a role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving environments. You'll be the connective tissue between Rythm and our growing network of creators, making sure nothing slips and every creator has what they need to deliver. If you're detail-obsessed, love owning a process end-to-end, and want to grow inside a high-performance marketing team at one of health tech's fastest-moving companies, this is your seat.

What you’ll do

  • Source and build prospect lists of creators aligned with Rythm's audience and content pillars

  • Research and compile contact information for outreach

  • Send and manage initial outreach and follow-up sequences

  • Track and maintain creator pipeline stages across internal tracking systems

Creator onboarding & setup

  • Send contracts and track signed agreements

  • Add new creators to spreadsheets and internal systems

  • Ensure each creator is fully set up and ready before their first deliverable

Content & product

  • Coordinate kit shipments to creators and track delivery status

  • Follow up on missing or delayed packages and manage inventory requests with the warehouse team

  • Ensure all creator content is collected, organized, and uploaded in a timely manner to support the editing and paid social pipeline

  • Request and follow up on content deliverables

Performance & communications

  • Update creator scorecards and maintain monthly performance reports

  • Track spend, ROAS, and CPMs across the creator portfolio

  • Flag performance trends and anomalies to the Head of Partnerships

  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for creators, agents, and managers

  • Respond to creator questions, handle requests, and follow up on overdue deliverables

  • Schedule calls and manage creator calendars

Events & internal coordination

  • Coordinate creator attendance and logistics for brand events and shoots

  • Gather travel information and manage creator scheduling for activations

  • Some travel required for brand events and creator activations

  • Coordinate with the events team on creator attendance, logistics, and content needs

  • Communicate with warehouse and customer support on creator-related needs

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a related coordination role

  • Someone who is extremely organized: you manage multiple workstreams at once without dropping the ball

  • A strong written communicator. You write clearly, concisely, and represent the brand well

  • Comfortable in Google Sheets and spreadsheet-based tracking systems

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or willingness to learn quickly

  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity — you don't wait to be told what to do next

  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, or the creator economy
