Integrated Commerce Specialist
The Integrated Commerce Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the daily execution and optimization of ecommerce merchandising, inventory management, promotional reporting, and wholesale operations. This position ensures product visibility, accurate content presentation, and alignment with brand standards across all digital storefronts and owned-brand websites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about ecommerce and digital merchandising.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Merchandising
Maintain and update daily product merchandising and feed sorting across all websites.
Pin and unpin advertised or CRM-featured products in real-time to support campaign visibility.
Oversee the product onboarding process and ensure product detail pages (PDPs) are optimized and on-brand.
Develop and maintain reporting to ensure inventory availability is accurately reflected online; regularly report on offline inventory as a percent of total inventory.
Conduct routine audits of site taxonomy to ensure products are correctly categorized and discoverable, and attributes are properly assigned.
Inventory
Maintain and monitor the Scentbird gift set inventory matrix.
Identify and report on inventory risks or concerns in partnership with the operations team.
Reporting
Own promotional performance reporting to evaluate price elasticity at the SKU level.
Monitor feed-level analytics to evaluate and adjust merchandising strategies based on performance.
Promotions
Assist with promotional activity by preparing sku sheets and ensuring all pricing updates are accurately reflected on the live website
Partner with business development teams to select skus for upcoming sale events and ensure seamless execution
Drift.com
Monitor limited edition sku inventory and coordinate with operations to replenish units based on sell-through rates.
Manage and optimize the Shop App experience to align with the Drift marketing calendar and drive growth.
Owned Brands DTC websites
Own onsite merchandising and creative content execution for all owned brand websites.
Manage SKU sheets and promotional pricing for owned brand campaigns.
Own and optimize Aftersell upsell strategies, with a focus on the Confessions of a Rebel brand.
Wholesale Account Management
Support the Senior Manager of Integrated Commerce with wholesale account responsibilities.
Report on sales performance, surfacing key growth categories and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely resolution of wholesale action items.
What We’ll Love About You:
1–2 years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets preferred
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience working in Shopify, merchandising tools, or ecommerce CMS a plus
Proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Passion for ecommerce trends, merchandising strategy, and brand storytelling
