About the Role

Scorpion is looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Customer Success team and report directly to our President of Enterprise. The Senior Brand Manager excels in orchestrating the development of both Corporate Brand and franchisee brands through strategic brand management and adept client engagement. This position entails not only the formulation but also the meticulous execution of a captivating brand strategy that impeccably aligns with Scorpion's overarching vision, propelling substantial growth and innovation. Taking charge of client relationships, the Senior Brand Manager becomes the main conduit for the Corporate team and individual franchisees, cultivating trust and effective communication. Leveraging market insights to fortify the connection between the brand's identity and product offerings, this role leads to identifying avenues for expanded services that align seamlessly with client objectives and the ever-changing market landscape. As a seasoned expert in the field, the Senior Brand Manager excels in thoroughly comprehending client needs, proactively addressing concerns, and seamlessly integrating feedback into strategic plans, fostering a dynamic and evolving brand experience.

What your success will look like

  • Lead the creation and execution of a compelling brand strategy for both the Corporate Brand and franchisees in alignment with Scorpion's vision.

  • Utilize market insights to reinforce the correlation between the brand's identity and its product offerings.

  • Spearhead the identification of opportunities for expanding services based on client objectives and market dynamics.

  • Build a strong client relationship with the Corporate team and individual franchisees, serving as the primary point of contact.

  • As an expert in the field, thoroughly understand client needs, proactively address concerns, and seamlessly integrate feedback into strategic plans.

  • 4+ years of national client account management

  • Strategic Vision: Profound proficiency in formulating and executing brand strategies in alignment with broader organizational objectives.

  • Client Relationship Leadership: Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships as a trusted collaborator.

  • Market Insights: Advanced capability to apply market research insights to shape brand strategies that resonate with the target audience.

  • Opportunity Identification: Expertise in identifying openings for service expansion, driven by a nuanced understanding of client requisites and market dynamics.

  • Communication Excellence: Strong communication acumen to effectively comprehend and integrate client feedback into strategies.

  • Innovation: Adeptness in proposing innovative solutions that enhance brand impact and elevate client engagement

  • We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency.  As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

  • The base salary range is $90,000 (entry-level) - $94,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
