Location: 100% Remote (US Only)
Compensation: $90,000-100,000
Reports to: Manager of Digital Analytics
The Senior Demand Generation Specialist will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing & advertising programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels, including digital advertising, retargeting ad campaigns, targeted social advertising, and cooperative marketing with partners. Responsible for the design, planning, management, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.
What you will do:
Strategizes, designs, launches, and manages integrated paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and retargeting platforms.
Owns and optimizes large-scale media budgets, with a strong focus on driving efficiency through CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
Monitors, analyzes, and reports on campaign performance across relevant KPIs impressions, clicks, web traffic, video views, downloads, leads, MQLs, SQLs, CQLs, sales conversations, and revenue—providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, creative, and operations to align demand generation efforts and develop cohesive, revenue-driven strategies.
Uses data, analytics, and A/B testing to continuously refine bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative messaging, and landing page performance.
Researches and pilots emerging platforms and advertising technologies to diversify media mix and reduce single-channel dependency
Guides the development of high-performing static and video ad assets and their landing pages in collaboration with creative teams, ensuring messaging aligns with campaign goals and audience needs.
Builds and maintains accurate tracking infrastructure using tools like Google Tag
Manager, UTM parameters, and pixel implementations to ensure proper attribution and measurement.
Conducts market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
Maintains ownership of paid media budgets and forecasting, with regular performance audits to identify and resolve inefficiencies and roadblocks in the demand generation process.
Stays current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve performance marketing strategies.
Provides training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools as needed

What you will bring:
6+ years’ experience in digital marketing, paid media or demand generation roles
Hands-on execution, management, measurement, optimization of digital media campaigns
Successful track record of planning and launching marketing campaigns and ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach
Ability to effectively inspire, influence and communicate cross-functionally across all levels of management, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Extremely data-driven and committed to experimenting towards measurable results
Strong copywriting skills
Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience with post-click optimization and creating landing pages
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
6+ years of digital marketing experience
6+ years of experience creating and managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
