As the Lead Partner Director on the High Growth Core team, you will be at the forefront of Shift4's growth and expansion. In this role you will manage the Partner Director ISV team, ensuring our partnerships thrive and contribute positively to our business objectives.
Oversee the Partner Director ISV team, ensuring effective management of all partnerships.
Act as a trusted advisor for each ISV partner by maintaining a great relationship with key members at the customer’s corporate, franchise, or local site.
Ensure all partner-related activities are scheduled and prioritized correctly.
Collaborate with various departments within Shift4 to support partners with complex deployments.
Seek out opportunities to grow each partner account, working closely with business development.
Attend weekly calls/meetings for updates on current projects, address queries on features/functionality, and discuss potential new partnerships.
Provide an escalation path for partner issues/concerns as needed. This may include support issues, billing questions, equipment/warranty questions, etc.
Liaise with business development concerning partner account challenges, opportunities, corporate structure changes, initiatives.
Work with partner vendors as needed for escalations, issues, new feature pilots/testing.
Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to target messages to the right levels of an organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology fields.
BD/Sales experience or exposure working with BD/Clients.
Account Management experience with fortune 500 customers.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years payments experience is desired or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of Payment industry.
Strong Understanding of hardware platforms and configuration methods.
Experience in hardware deployment and logistics.
