About the Role

The ideal fit for this role is someone who wakes up every day trying to figure out how to get more creators on the Shrpa platform and more of the creators who are already on the platform, more engaged.

As an early hire focused on our creator ecosystem, you will be critical in ramping up creator onboarding and improving the creator experience. You will connect with and learn from creators, find ways to increase the number of creators on Shrpa, and improve their engagement with the platform. The role is dynamic and requires a blend of iterative execution and learning, communication skills, and the ability to understand and articulate the needs and values of the creator community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase the number of creators on the platform with effective outreach, communication, and quick iteration.

  • Effectively connect with and motivate creators (initially 1:1 and then 1:many).

  • Prioritize creator sign-ups on the platform, followed by engagement.

  • Inform product, processes, and company strategy through your discoveries and creator feedback.

  • Establish strategies to grow the community by attracting new members and retaining existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively connect with creators where they’re at (ex. Instagram)

  • Ability to execute and iterate to improve current processes.

  • A bias for action and experimentation.

  • A strong desire to learn and excessive curiosity.

  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Collaborative ability to work with others (ex. product, sales, and customer success) to improve the end-to-end experience.

  • Resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic environments.

  • Skilled in evaluating performance metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement through iterative strategies and measurable outcomes.

  • Bonus points for experience owning and growing an ecosystem or community.
