As a team of seven, we've successfully entered and gained traction in a competitive market by making e-signatures intuitive, affordable, and simplifying the signing process.
We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer with strong leadership skills and hands on experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
As a key member of our small but mighty team, you'll help build on our momentum and drive our mission of simplifying how documents get signed for millions of people and businesses.

About This Role
As the Chief Operating Officer at SignWell, you’ll be key in optimizing our operations, running several functions of the company, and driving strategic growth in the electronic signature market.
This position requires a leader who has grown with a SaaS company, either by excelling in a key functional role or as a founder, before moving into an executive leadership position.
You should have firsthand experience tackling the challenges of a competitive market and driving sustainable growth in an early-stage environment, particularly in a bootstrapped or largely self-funded context.
As a mostly bootstrapped company, we've built our success on a foundation of sustainable growth and responsible financial management. We're looking for a leader who understands the importance of maintaining this approach and can help us continue to scale without relying on additional external funding.
We value candidates who have worked their way up through the ranks of a SaaS company and deeply understand the inner workings of a startup.
In this role, you will:
Build out and document our SOPs.
Run multiple functions and teams within the company.
Ensure we have the right people in place to deliver on our mission, building a lean team that thrives in a bootstrapped environment.
Provide strategic input and leadership on key issues and opportunities, guiding us in the best direction for our company.
Drive a culture where we’re always improving, taking action on the right things, and collaborating as one team.
Work closely with our founder to align the company's vision, mission, and values with day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

You have at least 3 years experience as COO for a SaaS Company (bonus points if you’ve been a founder before).
You're a clear communicator who can rally the team around a shared vision and mission.
You're a natural leader who can guide, coach, and grow our talented team.
You're a creative problem-solver when faced with obstacles.
You're not afraid to dive in and do the work – you lead by example.
You have hands-on experience working as an individual contributor and/or leader of a small team in a key functional area of a SaaS company.
You have experience building and managing lean, high-performing teams that can do more with less.
You bring a strong executive presence but also appreciate and contribute to SignWell's unique culture.
