ROLE OBJECTIVE
We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of the customer within the business. You will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that communicate the value of our product. From pricing and packaging to campaign support and product adoption, you’ll play a key role in driving product-led growth.
This role is perfect for someone with a deep understanding of SaaS and ideally a passion for investing, whether you're an active investor or just deeply curious about how retail investors make decisions. You’ll translate complex features into compelling stories that attract, convert, and retain customers in a competitive market.
TEAM STRUCTURE
You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with the Product, Growth, Content, and Data teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Positioning & Messaging
Develop clear, differentiated messaging that aligns with the needs and motivations of retail investors
Understand the competitive landscape and ensure we clearly communicate our edge
Translate complex software features into benefit-focused language for our core audience
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify positioning opportunities and refine our unique selling propositions across channels
Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead the go-to-market strategy for new feature launches and platform updates
Partner with Product, Design, and Content to build launch assets (e.g., landing pages, videos, FAQs)
Ensure alignment across marketing, product, and support teams pre- and post-launch
Growth Enablement
Support performance and lifecycle marketing with product-level messaging and value propositions
Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to improve activation, onboarding, and feature adoption
Together with the content producer, create product-focused content (videos, demos, email copy, product tours) that supports conversion and retention
Measurement & Optimisation
Track and report on product marketing KPIs (activation, feature adoption, subscriptions)
A/B test messaging, pricing, and positioning to improve funnel performance
Use data to iterate on campaigns and inform roadmap prioritisation
CAPABILITIES
Knowledge
Previous Experience: SaaS Product marketing experience
Deep understanding of how marketing and product work together to drive value
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content generation, market research, personalisation, and campaign optimisation.
Exposure to investing is a plus
Skills
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, you can make complex ideas simple and persuasive
Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when simplifying complex topics
Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Product, Design, and Growth
Technically confident, you’re comfortable with marketing tools, analytics, and data
Commercial acumen: Able to pragmatically marry marketing strategy with commercial outcomes
