We are seeking the best talent to become an integral part of our team! As a member of our Account Management team, you will manage and build relationships with our insurance agency clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts.
Make 100-150 outbound calls/day
Schedule and go through demos of our product
Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention by the deadline
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with the client base
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs.
Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and/or account management
Insurance Producer experience a plus
Strong phone and personnel skills
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
