Account Manager
Your new role at SparkLoop
As our new account manager, you'll help the world’s best newsletter operators and media brands implement SparkLoop to beat their audience and revenue growth targets.‍
Initial responsibilities
Providing concierge onboarding and account management services to our largest clients for our Paid Recommendations and Partner Program tools
Acting as a strategic advisor to our largest clients on newsletter audience growth and monetization: Analysing performance, setting targets, and planning how to reach these targets with SparkLoop
Contributing your insights and learnings to the broader newsletter community via SparkLoop’s internal audience and on social media
Signs this role is perfect for you
You almost certainly have:
2-5 years experience working in or with successful newsletter businesses (100k+ subscribers or $1m+ in revenue)
2-5 years experience in account management — likely in an agency or SaaS product
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
The confidence, presence and skillset to communicate effectively with decision makers at major media brands in native-level English
A strong timezone overlap with the US for your working day

In a perfect world, you also have:
In-depth knowledge of how to use a major ESP
Prior experience using SparkLoop’s products
A newsletter of your own
A solid existing online network/profile in the media industry/newsletter space
