Technical Account Manager

SpecterOps is searching for a Technical Account Manager to support the BloodHound Enterprise team. From the creators of BloodHound, BloodHound Enterprise is a SaaS technology that continuously and comprehensively maps Directory Services Attack Paths that allows our clients to remove Active Directory as the attacker’s easiest, most reliable, and most attractive target. We are looking for an experienced customer success professional to help our customers recognize the maximum possible value from their use of BloodHound Enterprise. 

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience 

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Responsibilities 

  • Onboard, train, and enable new BHE customers

  • Identify churn risk and implement success plans to restore customer health

  • Provide guidance and recommendations to remediate customer security misconfigurations

  • Drive effective communications with customers and internal teams

  • Maintain regular and effective communication with customers

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal teams to ensure that critical issues are documented and escalated for resolution

  • Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to build requirements and product features in support of retaining existing customers 

  • Develop solutions or prototypes that improve customer value recognition, leading towards development of new features

Requirements

  • Experience in Help Desk, Customer Support, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or other technical, customer-facing roles within the security industry

  • Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python

  • Experience utilizing REST APIs to solve business problems

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies

  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation

  • Travel: up to 15% within region

Nice to haves

  • Experience in penetration testing, or administering Active Directory or Azure

  • Experience with open-source BloodHound
