Short-Form Video Editor

Role Description

Stealth Studios is a creative content studio working with founder-led brands and businesses across industries. We’re hiring a Video Editor (Full-time / Remote) to create high-quality, high-retention content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

This role is best suited for an editor who already understands pacing, hooks, captions, and short-form storytelling, and is looking for a stable, long-term remote role working with international clients and brands.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

• Proven experience editing short-form social media videos (talking-head content and cinematic edits) with a strong, relevant portfolio

• Strong understanding of retention-based editing (pacing, cuts, flow) and ability to create compelling hooks within the first 2–3 seconds

• Ability to deliver clean, polished edits with captions, sound design, music, b-roll, and light motion graphics

• Comfort creating multiple versions when required (hook or CTA variations)

• High accuracy in following brand guidelines and reference styles

• Organized, independent workflow with strong time management and consistent deadline delivery

• Reliable internet connection and editing workstation capable of handling 4K footage and multi-camera timelines

• Strong written communication, comfort working asynchronously, and ability to take feedback and iterate efficiently

Assets (bonus skills):

• Basic After Effects (motion graphics)

• DaVinci Resolve

• UGC or ad-focused editing experience

• Experience working with international clients

• Beginner editors or those without a strong short-form portfolio
