Job Summary: As a Customer Success Manager at Storyblok, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You'll ensure that their business needs are not only met but exceeded, particularly focusing on Enterprise Customers. Your key role will involve closing large deals and collaborating closely with our Sales team to uncover new opportunities within your assigned sales territory.

Essential Job Functions:

✨ Build trusted relationships with customers, assisting them in maximizing the value of our product through onboarding, training, and addressing technical inquiries

✨ Organize and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, with occasional onsite travel

✨ Represent Storyblok at industry events, contributing to our visibility and network

✨ Provide up-to-date metrics on client usage data and health indicators

✨ Drive retention and renewal efforts for existing accounts 

✨ Develop strategic account plans to identify expansion opportunities and execute commercial upsells

✨ Take ownership of client and renewal opportunity data in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy

✨ Deliver a first-class customer experience, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients

✨ Collaborate closely with internal teams, providing feedback to product and marketing teams

Requirements:

🎓 Experience in client-facing roles, such as account management or customer success

🎓 Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer experience

🎓 Familiarity with SaaS and software products

🎓 Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) 

🎓 Self-motivated, highly organized, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

🎓 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

🎓 Fluency in English
