HR Automation Project Manager

Now we are looking for an HR Automation Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of automated HR processes. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation in HR, streamline workflows, and enhance employee experience through innovative solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
Providing daily support and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and optimal performance.
Ensure timely responses to user inquiries and troubleshoot any issues related to the HRIS.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HRIS data accuracy and integrity.
Lead and manage HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Develop and update user manuals, process guidelines, and training materials for HRIS users.
Create detailed process documentation for ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
Collaborate with HR leadership to generate reports and insights that drive organizational strategy and decision-making.
About You:
Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and related tools for reporting and analytics.
Demonstrated experience in integrating HRIS with other business systems (payroll, recruitment platforms), ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
Solid understanding of core HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, employee lifecycle.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
