In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the sales funnel, identifying areas of optimization, and developing programs to source new leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, sales development, lead generation, and a deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize the enterprise sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement at each stage of the pipeline to acquire, grow, and maintain enterprise accounts.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead sourcing, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

  • Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with enterprise growth objectives and ensure quality lead generation.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and target accounts within the enterprise space.

  • Use data and analytics to track performance, measure ROI, and refine lead generation efforts.

  • Develop and manage strategic outreach programs and campaigns aimed at driving growth in the enterprise segment.

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive growth initiatives.

  • Provide actionable insights and reports on sales funnel performance and lead quality to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales development, growth, or business development, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.

  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing sales funnels with measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the unique challenges of selling to large organizations.

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. HubSpot).

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), or growth marketing in a SaaS environment.

  • Familiarity with the open-source or developer tools ecosystem is a plus.

We offer:

  • 100% remote work from anywhere in the world. No location-based adjustment to your salary.

  • Autonomous work. We work collaboratively on projects, but you set your own pace.

  • Health, Vision and Dental benefits. Supabase covers 100% of the cost for employees and 80% for dependants.

  • Generous Tech Allowance for any office setup you need.

  • Annual Education Allowance.

  • Annually run off-sites.

About the team

  • We're a startup. It's unstructured.

  • Collectively founded more than 30 startups.

  • Globally distributed team with more than 30 different nationalities.

  • We deeply believe in the efficacy of collaborative open source. We support existing communities and tools, rather than building "yet another xx".

  • We "dogfood" everything. If you use it in your project, we use it in Supabase.

Process

  • The entire process is fully remote and all communication will happen over email or via video chat.

  • Once you've submitted your application, the team will review your submission and may reach out for a short screening interview over a video call.

  • If you pass the screen you will be invited to up to four follow-up interviews.

  • The calls:

    • usually take between 20-45 minutes each depending on the interviewer.

    • most of the time, are all 1:1.

    • will be with the founders, a member of either the growth or engineering team (depending on the role) and usually one other person from your immediate team or function.

  • Once the interviews are over, the team will meet to discuss several roles and candidates and may:

    • ask one or two follow-up questions over email or a quick call.

    • go directly to making an offer.

Don't let this one get away.
