Administrative Assistant to the CEO

Position Overview

We are looking for a game-changing candidate to guide and support the ever-evolving needs of our growth-minded Founder and Chief Executive Officer. This role will serve to empower the CEO and direct reports to their greatest leadership potential, clearing roadblocks each step of the way. Organized is your middle name. Our ideal candidate will have had experience as an administrative or executive assistant, paralegal, legal assistant, or a practice manager - you’re professional, detail-oriented, and can move quickly between a variety of different projects. 

 

Employment Level: Mid-level 

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:30pm to 6:30am PHT (7:30am- 4:30pm US Central Time)

What you'll do

  • Optimize the CEO’s time and Increase the quality and consistency of the CEO’s interactions with the team

  • Attend executive’s meetings, taking notes and tracking action items, and ensuring accountability for deadlines and deliverables

  • Provide support to the Associate Director of Administration with administrative tasks and projects

  • Reduce CEO’s time spent on emails by minimizing and prioritizing correspondences to be reviewed

  • Proactively cue up emails and other communications for the CEO to approve and send

  • Clear bottlenecks to maximize the CEO’s productivity

  • Arrange conference calls

  • Implement consistent branding and design guidelines to create visually engaging and informative slide decks for presentations

  • Research and present findings on critical topics and trends

  • Assist with special projects across all departments to move key initiatives forward

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a business environment

  • Experience supporting a C-level executive or partner(s) in a law firm

  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection

  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn new technologies, including Google for Work

  • A high level of discretion regarding sensitive and confidential information

  • A strong desire for growth, feedback, and ongoing learning

  • Superior organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively

  • Strong negotiation skills 

  • Ability to adapt in stressful situations

  • Ability to effectively delegate tasks to others

  • Detail-obsessed, while remaining efficient

  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

Work authorization

Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the Philippines throughout their employment with our company.

 

Salary Range

TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.   

Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Monthly Pay Range

₱55,000—₱120,000 PHP
