Inside Account Executive

About the role

Teramind is looking for an Inside Account Executive to help our clients achieve maximum business impact with our market-leading cybersecurity software.
This role will be responsible for growing footprints inside land-and-expand customers by identifying ideal profiles to target, navigating the organization to speak with the relevant stakeholders, and creating business cases for expanded use of the product.

Your day-to-day

  • Identifying opportunities within the customer base for potential upgrades from internal factors such as account saturation or external factors such as major news events

  • Navigating the client’s organization to speak with proper stakeholders for expansion opportunities

  • Actively engage with assigned customers to understand their goals with the software

  • Creating new business cases for clients that would benefit their organization through expanded usage of our product

  • Answering questions and attending client meetings to showcase product features and capabilities

  • Own the sales process from expansion identification to procurement


  • 2 years in a B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales position

  • Experience with Multi-Threading across an organization

  • Ability to identify external market opportunities to engage with customers

  • Ability to think outside the box to get in front of relevant stakeholders

  • Ability to create business cases for product fit within a company

  • Working knowledge of Enterprise structures and ability to navigate within

  • Ability to manage projects that span multiple months

  • Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellence at building and managing high-level customer relationships

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and understand the finer technical points of the product

  • Ability to have high-stakes conversations with a variety of stakeholders

You can expect up to 4 interviews. In some scenarios, we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
