Sales Manager (Acquisition)

What’s in it for you?

  • Compensation base salary of between €50,000 to €70,000 + On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure features a 50/50 split between base salary and commission + Share Appreciation Rights

  • Flexible hours and asynchronous environment

  • Paid parental leave

  • Remote working budget: €1,000 per year (pro-rata based on your start date)

  • Learning and development budget: 3.5% of base compensation

The job in a nutshell

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager (Acquisition) to spearhead our customer acquisition efforts. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. The Frontline Acquisition Manager will work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize the acquisition process and ensure we meet our ambitious growth targets.

You’ll spend time on the following

  • Developing Acquisition Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for the acquisition team, including onboarding, product knowledge, techniques, and industry insights.

  • Creating Tools and Resources: Develop and maintain a library of acquisition tools, resources, and materials, such as playbooks, templates, and case studies, to support the process.

  • Aligning with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging, content, and campaigns, and provide feedback to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

  • Analyzing Performance: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance productivity.

  • Facilitating Communication: Act as a liaison between acquisition, marketing, and product teams to ensure clear and consistent communication, fostering a cohesive strategy across the organization.

  • Implementing Technologies: Evaluate and implement acquisition technologies and platforms to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and provide the team with the best tools available.

  • Providing Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and coaching to the acquisition team, addressing any challenges they face and providing solutions to improve their performance.

  • Training the Trainer: In order for this leader to get the most leverage, you will need to train our global leadership team to roll out programs for you.

  • Experience in a SaaS company and fast-growing startup environment
