About The Role
Hyport Digital is seeking a strategic and driven Digital Marketing Product Manager to lead four key digital marketing solutions: Organic Social, Email, Website, and Reputation Management. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to oversee multiple product lines, guide cross-functional teams, and drive performance across a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a passion for digital marketing, and a results-oriented mindset to ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The salary is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
Own Product Quality: Ensure quality and consistency in website builds, organic social content, email and SMS campaigns, and online reputation strategies.
Optimize Products: Continuously improve our Core Four products by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing enhancements that drive ROI.
Act as Product Expert: Serve as Hyport’s in-house authority on all Core Four products, offering guidance, best practices, and solutions to both internal teams and clients.
Lead & Manage Team: Provide leadership, accountability, and strategic direction to our Marketing Specialists.
Stay Current: Monitor evolving trends across platforms and apply innovations to keep products competitive.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who’ll hit the ground running with:
4+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns and/or products.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
A strong understanding of platforms like Website CMS, email and SMS tools, social media scheduling platforms, and review management systems.
An analytical mindset and a knack for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
