
Search Engine Marketing Specialist
Job Function & KPIs
Job Functions:
Generate a return on investment for our clients using search traffic (organic + paid)
Provide transparency into the progress + success/failure of each initiative for all clients to both clients and internal team.
Help the sales team secure new business by highlighting the gaps in client’s current setups.
Structure and scale the deliverables that our agency offers in this area
Performance Will Be Measured By:
Client ROAS, CPL, etc. (as relevant for each industry/ business type)
Clients are happy and feel informed about the status of all projects.
Account managers know at any given moment if their clients are succeeding or failing.
All processes in department are documented and repeatable
This department is increasingly profitable month-over-month
Required Skills & Experience
Required:
5+ years of search engine marketing experience
Deep knowledge of Google Ads platform
Deep knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
3+ years of experience providing these services in a marketing agency
Experience managing and growing teams for other companies
Experience setting up attribution for various advertising channels and industries
Helpful, but not required:
Experience with account management
Experience with other forms of digital marketing
Slight knowledge of web development
Slight knowledge of design
Compensation Structure
Full time, salaried
Total compensation will range from $4500-$7000 per month
Other Details
Must be a fluent English speaker.
Must be based in North, Central, or South America for optimal time zone alignment.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
