Job responsibilities:

• Discover & Curate Content: Search for the best source material to craft engaging stories

• Edit with Impact: Use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit videos, adding graphics, sound effects, and music to make every frame pop.

• Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance content and adapt it for multiple platforms

• Craft Headlines: Write attention-grabbing titles and descriptions that perfectly represent the video and draw in viewers.

• Create Stunning Visuals: Request or design eye-catching thumbnails for each video

• Optimize Content: Add relevant tags and categorize episodes to maximize discoverability.

• Publish Seamlessly: Use TheSoul’s import tool to upload and submit videos for publication

• Track & Improve: Monitor performance analytics to refine your approach and boost results

Requirements:

Editing Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
High Responsibility & Ownership: You take pride in delivering quality work on time.
Content Value Guru: A knack for identifying what resonates with audiences.
Deadline-Driven: You thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
Fluent English Proficiency: Advanced or fluent level required.
SMM Experience: Familiarity with YouTube and/or Facebook is a plus.
