💻 The Role

We’re currently looking for an experienced Account Executive who will be responsible for growing and working closely with factories in China, the USA, or anywhere else in the world depending on customer demand. Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked in an account management role preferably in a startup, fast-paced environment, and enjoys the challenge of working with different customers with complex needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Successfully manage relationships with existing factories and partner with new factories based on the current business needs

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly to drive value to the factories you onboard

  • Stay on top of accounts and act as a liaison and trusted partner between The/Studio and the factories

  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

  • Generate progress reports for customers and senior leaders within the organization

  • Develop a strategic and targeted approach to attain and exceed annual quota

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management

  • Use Hubspot effectively to run the sales process

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of fully cycle account executive experience preferably in a startup environment, e-commerce or FMCG sector

  • Experience in a customer facing role

  • Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and exceeding objectives

  • Experience working with a CRM like Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.

  • An interest in developing and selling sophisticated business solutions at the C-Suite level

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • The skill to effectively persuade internal and external decision-makers and achieve desired outcomes.

  • Strong time management and prioritization abilities

  • Remote-ready: owns a desktop/laptop with at least 8GB of RAM, noise-canceling headset, and a stable internet connection with at least 20mbps speed, with a quiet space to take calls.
