Product Specialist (Supply Chain & Merchandising)

đź‘‹ About Us

At THE/STUDIO, our vision is to empower individuals, regardless of their expertise, to unleash their creativity and bring their unique ideas to life through the production of custom products. We are committed to delivering top-quality customized products that not only exceed expectations but also provide a seamless and awe-inspiring experience via our exceptional team and AI-integrated systems. By shouldering the manufacturing burdens, we liberate our customers to focus on their true passions, driving them towards remarkable success and fulfillment. Together, we turn dreams into tangible realities and shape a world where creativity knows no bounds.

Our headquarters are in Los Angeles, California, but we are a truly global company with team-members across the U.S., Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia/Pacific. We have gone to a fully remote working platform so that we can attract the world’s best talent.

All roles at THE/STUDIO are 100% remote from anywhere in the world, as long as you have all your tools and a fast, stable internet connection!

We know that some applicants will not meet all the requirements, so we encourage you to apply anyway so we can determine if something else might be a good fit!

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized Product Specialist based in China to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this remote role, you will be the primary bridge between our global requirements and local manufacturing. You will manage the entire order lifecycle: from initial sampling to final shipment, ensuring our production partners meet strict quality and timing benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Order Management: Direct the full process for samples and bulk production. This includes tracking manufacturing schedules, coordinating logistics, and ensuring "on-time, in-full" delivery.

  • Strategic Coordination: Proactively communicate with production, QC, and logistics teams to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks (e.g., raw material shortages or quality deviations) before they impact the timeline.

  • Vendor & Cost Management: Oversee daily supplier relations and qualifications. You will be responsible for multi-channel sourcing, price negotiations, and rigorous cost control to ensure maximum value.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Act as a responsive point of contact for order updates, handling any changes, claims, or after-sales inquiries with professional precision.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; backgrounds in International Trade or Business English are ideal.

  • Language: CET-4 or higher. Strong written English is mandatory for email and reporting; verbal fluency is a major plus for internal meetings.

  • Experience: We welcome high-potential fresh graduates. Preference is given to those with 1–2 years of experience in foreign trade (外贸跟单) or supply chain coordination. Practical experience in merchandising for the apparel and accessories industry will be a major plus.

  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with ERP systems.

  • Soft Skills: As this is a remote position, you must demonstrate exceptional self-discipline, time management, and the ability to drive cross-departmental results without direct supervision.

Don't let this one get away.
