We're on the lookout for a Sales Manager (Pharma / Biotech) to join us and spearhead our growth and sales strategies in the pharma/biotech industry. Your Role:

  • Sales Leadership: Guide our sales department to ensure a smooth, effective sales process, driving consistent performance and achieving key sales outcomes.

  • Pharma/Biotech Market Development: Expand our presence in the pharma and biotech industry, developing outbound lead generation strategies and refining the sales process for these markets.

  • Inbound and Marketing Lead Conversion: Improve the sales team strategy to effectively convert inbound leads across various client segments.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Experience leading a sales team, with a preference for industry experience in clinical research, pharma/biotech, or enterprise sectors.

  • Strategy Development: Skilled in creating and executing strategies for outbound lead generation, lead conversion, and sales process optimization.

  • Remote Team Management: Comfortable leading remote teams, showcasing strong communication and team coordination skills.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Utilizes a data-driven, analytical mindset to inform internal decisions and align with our clients' preference for data and analytics in their decision-making.
