Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Account Executives, Growth & Revenue Operations teams. This role may take on more focus on either Inbound or Outbound Sales - both skill sets should feel welcome to apply!

You’ll excel in this role if you’re comfortable with rapid experimentation, have a customer-first mentality, and are excited by the prospect of working cross-functionally.  

You are willing to learn new technologies and experiment with ways to drive more efficiency that also improve customer experiences. And we are a remote-first company, so we value highly the ability to work autonomously, be self-driven, and stay productive.

  🚀 What you’ll do

  • Generate new potential sales leads and build relationships by nurturing early-stage prospects

  • Contact, qualify, demo, & escalate prospects through our sales funnel

  • Prospect creators, founders, & CEOs who meet our criteria as potential successful Uscreen customers

  • Uncover business needs to recommend Uscreen as a solution

  • Leverage and learn competitor knowledge to successfully drive impact in our sales pipeline. 

  • Ability to hit and exceed monthly sales goals

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with Account Executives for next steps, through our current escalation process. 

  • Work collaboratively with our marketing and growth teams to execute and support campaigns

🔥 Do you have what it takes?

  • 1+ years of SDR experience required (B2B SaaS experience preferred)

  • Proven track record of exceeding  sales targets

  • Excellent prospecting, phone, sales, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated interest in the SaaS, online video, and influencer industries

  • High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation

  • Willing to work as a team and put the team first

  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude
