
Sales Development Rep (SDR): UK

What are we looking for: An enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the United Kingdom to become a vital part of our growing team.
Experience: Entry to Mid-Level Availability: Full-time Job Function: Sales Development Representative Salary: £28,000-£35,000 Base + Commission
Your Responsibilities:
Generate and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the sales team with potential financial services clients.
Research and identify potential clients in the target sectors, with an emphasis on Accountancy, Tax Advisory, Auditing, and Banking.
Maintain and update the CRM database with lead and prospect information.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Track personal performance and contribute to overall team targets.
Requirements
What you need:
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B context.
Interest in financial services and experience with SaaS solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A positive mindset and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
