What are we looking for: An enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the United Kingdom to become a vital part of our growing team.

Experience: Entry to Mid-Level Availability: Full-time Job Function: Sales Development Representative Salary: Â£28,000-£35,000 Base + Commission

Your Responsibilities:

  • Generate and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.

  • Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the sales team with potential financial services clients.

  • Research and identify potential clients in the target sectors, with an emphasis on Accountancy, Tax Advisory, Auditing, and Banking.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with lead and prospect information.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

  • Track personal performance and contribute to overall team targets.

Requirements

What you need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer support, ideally in a B2B context.

  • Interest in financial services and experience with SaaS solutions.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • A positive mindset and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
