Outbound Account Executive

What You’ll Do

As an Outbound Account Executive, you’ll be a key driver of Uscreen’s growth. This role is built for someone who thrives on hunting new opportunities, building relationships from the ground up, and owning the full sales cycle.

  • Proactively source and engage new business using outbound strategies — targeted prospecting, cold outreach (email, phone, social), and account mapping.

  • Identify, research, and qualify prospects based on “customer readiness” — including social presence, audience size, and the quality of existing content.

  • Build multi-threaded relationships with founders, CEOs, business managers, and talent agents to drive engagement across the ecosystem.

  • Deliver compelling discovery calls and demos that showcase Uscreen’s platform value: from lead pages and churn reduction tools to cart abandonment features, subscriptions, VOD, and live events.

  • Manage a mix of inbound leads while prioritizing outbound pipeline creation to ensure steady growth.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, improve outreach campaigns, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly outbound pipeline and closed-won revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene with activity logging, opportunity updates, and forecasting.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of new business sales experience in SaaS, preferably with an outbound/hunting component.

  • Proven track record of building pipeline and exceeding quotas through outbound prospecting.

  • Confident in cold outreach: skilled at writing effective prospecting emails, leading first conversations, and handling objections.

  • Professional, detail-oriented, and structured in managing pipeline and follow-ups.

  • Growth mindset and a positive, persistent attitude.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Passion for the creator economy, digital video creators, and online communities.

  • Previous training in a sales methodology (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDICC, SPIN).

  • Experience selling video platforms, membership software, or OTT video solutions.
