
Amazon Brand Manager, Senior
Role summary: The Brand Manager is a client-facing role who is responsible for growing Velocity Sellers’ client accounts. From onboarding onwards, the Brand Manager works closely with their team, and interfaces with the Project Manager to translate the strategy into action and decides how best to implement Velocity’s best practices to improve our clients’ results.

The role we're looking to fill
Act as the daily direct point of contact for the client, responsible for coordinating services, implementing strategy, communicating with clients, team members, and leadership.
Manage 10-15 Amazon accounts
Create sales growth strategies for Amazon accounts
Work closely with a project manager to coordinate with the content writing team, advertising team, and graphic design departments to launch new clients and optimize current accounts
Develop monthly action plans that focus on sales growth goals
Maintain all accounts in good health and standing
Assist in compliance and hazmat issues
Day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Support overall account health by monitoring sales, late shipments, order cancellations, and troubleshooting listing issues with creative problem solving.
Amazon policy adherence and general operations work.
Create and manage cases with Amazon Support to resolve issues
Implant and/or Oversee keyword research and Amazon listing optimizations.
Proactively monitor client Amazon accounts for opportunities and issues.
Working with a support team to strategically schedule and deploy promotional offers
Overseeing a support team to ensure superior customer service and loyalty
Reports for measured KPIs on a routine basis to Director of Brand Management
Working across departments to ensure product fulfillment and launches are deployed successfully
Emailing clients with suggestions, strategies, answers to their questions, etc.
Conduct daily audits of accounts to identify areas of improvement to task to different teams
Understand Amazon advertising - Do not need to set up PPC but the ability to strategize with the PPC team and clients is a must
Who You Are
Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to comfortably and confidently discuss issues, strategies, and guide the client on calls - Also must go on camera during zoom calls with the clients.

Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
Ability to work independently while following an overall management strategy.
Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities.
Experience with creating Amazon listings.
Must have 1-3 years of experience working within an Agency.
Feel comfortable and excel in a fast-changing environment. You should be able to multitask at an expert level and help assure that tasks get completed.
Take responsibility for client accounts, conduct client calls, and communicate with clients on a frequent basis to grow their sales on Amazon.
Be well versed with workplace tools such as Zoom, Slack, and project management tools such as Click Up or ASANA.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, financial analytics, and the customer experience.
Strong prioritization skills and ability to identify importance vs. immediacy
Assist with Amazon forecasting, profitability analysis, and promotional strategies
