We are actively expanding our deal pipeline and are looking for ambitious professionals who can help us find high-quality acquisition opportunities.
Current Acquisition in Progress: We are in the final stages of acquiring a healthcare company in New York, with seller financing secured and a 75-85% probability of closing within the next 30-45 days. With this deal nearly complete, we are aggressively sourcing more financial services and e-commerce businesses to expand our portfolio. This is where you come in.
Cutting-Edge AI-Driven Outreach System: We don’t do traditional, slow M&A searches. Our proprietary AI-driven outreach and automation system allows us to engage sellers at scale, track responses with data-driven insights, and move high-quality acquisition targets into serious conversations; quickly and efficiently.

About the Role
We are looking for a hunter, someone who is relentless in sourcing business acquisition targets, building relationships with business owners, and setting up high-quality meetings for our acquisitions team.
You will NOT be negotiating or closing deals.
Your focus is strictly on deal origination and outreach, identifying qualified business owners who may be interested in selling, and scheduling meetings with them.
This role is part-time (20 hours per week) and fully remote, making it a great opportunity for a performance-driven professional looking for high upside through bonuses and equity participation in sourced deals.

What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)
Make 50+ cold calls per day to business owners in financial services and e-commerce industries
Cold email, LinkedIn messaging, and direct outreach to generate seller interest
Identify, qualify, and warm up acquisition targets – your goal is to get them to a meeting
Follow up aggressively with business owners who express interest
Leverage AI-driven outreach tools to automate follow-ups and increase engagement efficiency
Track everything in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Go High Level) to ensure consistent follow-ups and pipeline management

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation
Proven success in high-volume cold calling and appointment setting (50+ calls per day)
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Go High Level, etc.)
Experience using AI-driven automation tools for outreach and follow-ups
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Highly organized & execution-focused – can operate independently
Resilient & resourceful; able to handle rejection and keep going
