What you'll do

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing 50+ clinical trial projects leveraging project management systems (Monday, Notion, etc), ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role involves extensive coordination with cross-functional team and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of strategy to align with overarching business objectives.

  • Manage 50+ projects simultaneously and highlight risks before they become issues

  • Serve as the point of contact for all status updates and in-house program expert

  • Champion delivery strategies to align and organize team members to business outcomes

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes through data and stakeholder feedback.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and financial objectives are met.

What you'll bring

  • 4+ years experience in project management

  • Educational background or working experience in a life sciences or technology discipline

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • An understanding of clinical trial processes is preferred
