Lead Project Manager

The rapidly growing team includes over 700+ highly skilled technical and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications in offices around the world: Zhytomyr (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Poznan (Poland), New Delhi (India), Bridgewater (USA).

Responsibilities:

• Control of the creation of Project Plans (determining project goals, establishing the scope of work, stages, dependencies, timeframes, results, list of functionality and drawing up a timeline).

• Coordination and approval of project assessments (scope, cost, risks).

• Managing a team of Project Managers.

• Conducting an evaluation of the performance of Project Managers.

• Participation in resolving escalations and conflicts.

• Process control (project allocation, resource planning, expected proactive management from other project managers, etc.).

Requirements:

• Project Manager experience of 4 years or more.

• English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher (oral and written).

• In-depth knowledge of project management methods, practices and tools (Excel, Jira, Miro or similar).

• Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization to achieve project goals.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and show initiative.

• Ability to work with confidential information.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Ability to work effectively under high intensity conditions and tight deadlines.

• Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and solve problems.

• Understanding and practical application of project management principles, concepts, and best practices.
