😁 About You
You are a driven and experienced Logistics Manager. As our Logistics Manager, you will own our entire supply chain. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the logistics process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will manage the delivery schedules, coordinate with our U.S. suppliers, and monitor inventory levels to ensure that goods are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for coordinating between our Quality Control personnel and our manufacturers. In addition, you will be responsible for reporting.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to meet business goals and customer requirements.
Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor inventory levels and manage the replenishment process to ensure that stock is available when required.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action where necessary.
Conduct financial analysis of logistics operations, including cost analysis and budgeting. Develops and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve profitability.
Monitor and manage logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Identifies areas for cost reduction and implements cost-saving measures.
Develop and manage the logistics budget, including forecasting future costs and revenues. Provides regular reports on budget performance and adjusts plans as needed.
Ensure that all logistics processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards and that they are regularly reviewed and updated as required.
Work closely with other departments within the organization, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that logistics needs are incorporated into business plans and strategies.
Analyzes current and future logistics needs to ensure adequate capacity for storage and transportation. Develops and implements strategies to manage capacity effectively, minimizing costs and maximizing profits.

0 Suspensions over 24 hours (will go over this in more detail during the interviews)
CTP cash flow deviation below 10%
💼 Qualifications and Experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication
2+ years of experience in global logistics management
Strong financial knowledge
Excellent knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, inventory management, and supplier relationships
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of logistics coordinators
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action where necessary
Experience with reporting and using Excel or Google Spreadsheets to analyze data and prepare reports
🤞 Nice to Haves
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
Experience with Amazon FBA
Experience in the supplement industry
