CRM Specialist - RO

🌟 Role Overview

Wecheer is seeking an English-speaking CRM Specialist with 2+ years of Clevertap/Hubspot experience and 3+ years in a marketing agency to manage CRM operations, optimize workflows, and improve campaign performance. You’ll execute CRM requests, ensure quality control, map customer journeys, analyze performance with Power BI, and collaborate with teams to enhance D2C marketing efforts.

This is a remote role, based in Europe, on a freelance, full-time contract.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 CRM Execution & Workflow – Manage and execute CRM requests with standardized processes and strict QC.
🔹 Journey Mapping – Design and optimize CRM flows with the Success Team.
🔹 Data & Performance Tracking – Analyze CRM metrics using Power BI to improve engagement.
🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with Ops on Clevertap enhancements and coordinate with Content & Copywriting teams.
🔹 Creative & Technical Solutions – Propose innovative ideas to enhance CRM effectiveness.

📋 Requirements:

Must-Have:

• 2+ years Clevertap/Hubspot experience

• 3+ years marketing agency experience

• Min. C1 level of English

• Understanding and analyzing data (we use Power BI)

• Strong project management & communication skills.

🎯 Preferred:

• D2C marketing experience.

• Familiar with Customer engagement

• QC process familiarity in digital marketing.

• Basic Figma skills (a BIG plus).
