What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to bring creativity and innovation to our brand. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality visuals across multiple platforms, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive wellness space. From social media and marketing assets to in-app visuals, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the look and feel of Welltech’s design identity.

Challenges You'll Tackle

Develop high-impact visual assets for marketing, product, and brand communications
Ensure brand consistency across social media, ads, landing pages, and digital campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to enhance engagement and conversion
Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices to keep our visuals fresh and innovative
Work on motion graphics, illustrations, and UI elements to elevate the user experience
Adapt designs for different platforms, formats, and international audiences
Iterate on creative concepts based on performance data and feedback

Your Expertise

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing assets, and digital design
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
Understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography
Ability to create engaging social media visuals and ad creatives
Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
A keen eye for detail, consistency, and brand identity
Knowledge of design trends and best practices for digital marketing
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness is a plus

Nice to Have

Experience with motion design and animation
Familiarity with performance-driven marketing and A/B testing creatives
