The Role: Growth Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for someone who can manage growth marketing execution for our expanding portfolio of service and support clients. You’ll take ownership of active SEO, paid ads, social media and email marketing programs. 

This role is all about channel expertise, analytical mindset, curiosity, and using experimentation to improve key metrics and overall business growth for our clients.

What You’ll Actually Do Day-to-Day

  • Serve as the tactical lead for our marketing service and support clients

  • Collaborate closely with our lead marketing services strategist

  • Manage and oversee client paid advertising accounts and campaigns

  • Manage and oversee client email marketing accounts and campaigns

  • Manage and oversee client social media accounts and campaigns

  • Contribute to client local SEO programs, strategy, and reports

  • Track and record all client work, outcomes, learnings

Outcomes You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Campaign Delivery: Work individually or with our team on development and launch of campaigns

  • Campaign Performance: Drive the best possible results for our clients

  • Reporting and Learning: Elevate key metrics, patterns, and learnings in a structured and scalable way

  • Market Research and Understanding: Partner with our lead strategist to diagnose client opportunity

  • Budget Management: Keeping campaign and program spend below client thresholds effectively

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Proven expertise with SEO (preferrably local SEO)

  • Proven expertise with paid advertising (Google, Meta, Instagram, others)

  • Proven expertise with email segmentation, marketing, automations

  • Experience with website CRO and A/B testing

  • Ability to not only pull campaign data, but elevate and act on meaningful patterns

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong proficiency with project management tools

  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills

  • Budget management and performance reporting experience

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Campaign channels (Email marketing, paid search, paid social, organic search)

What the Training Process Will Look Like

Week 1:

  • Learn internal project workflows and sales processes

  • Get familiar with tools and systems

  • Observe real client calls and strategy sessions

  • Day 1+

    • Watch recordings and map out processes

    • Share insights and suggestions

  • Day 2+

    • Begin hands-on work with tools like ClickUp, Loom, Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AdvisorStream

  • Day 3+

    • Review client interviews and campaign strategy

    • Analyze active client campaigns and experiments and provide insights

  • Day 4+

    • Review campaign and experiment plans and provide structured feedback

  • Day 5+

    • Surface fresh and objective campaign and experiment ideas

  • By End of Week 1:

    • Begin assisting with real campaigns and experiments

Ongoing:

  • Take ownership of tasks and campaign management

  • Develop decision-making confidence

By End of Week 3:

  • Fully understand company philosophy and workflows

  • Manage accountability across projects

2 Months:

  • Manage ~50% of active client campaigns

  • Identify process improvements

3 Months:

  • Full ownership of all client campaign execution
