🔎Position Overview

This role is offered on a remote basis for candidates located within the EMEA region for operational purposes. As a Games Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and promotion of casino games. This role requires a deep understanding of the gaming industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Games Manager is accountable for ensuring that games operations are seamless, within budget, and meet the quality standards set by the company internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with game providers.

  • Plan, execute and optimize marketing collaboration with the game providers

  • Optimize product providers fees by negotiating promotions and defining a strategy.

  • Advise marketing team what promotions are efficient for specific products.

  • Maintain and develop providers’ contacts, through structured account management and plans.

  • Manage marketing/commercial operations with brands, advising brands which directions should be improved.

  • Provide support to the assigned B2C brands, addressing and resolving any technical issues related to game operations.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within the gaming platform, working with development and IT teams to implement fixes swiftly.

  • Monitor game performance, including load times, error rates, and overall system stability, and proactively address any potential issues including analyzing platform usage data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Support the technical integration of new games into the platform ensuring that they meet all performance, security, and compliance standards

  • Coordinate the deployment of games across different brands, managing timelines and resources to ensure seamless launches.

  • Work closely with brand managers, marketing teams, and external partners to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the status of technical projects and issues.

  • Collaborate with the product team to implement enhancements that improve user experience and platform performance.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in the online casino industry, with hands-on experience in game operations

  • Strong Marketing experience with Games providers 

  • An understanding of game integration processes, APIs, platform infrastructure, troubleshooting methods, and system performance monitoring.

  • Grasp of game mechanics, including RTP, volatility, and player behavior

  • Proven experience working with game providers and aggregators, ensuring smooth integrations and ongoing technical & marketing alignment.

  • Ability to analyze both technical metrics (load times, error rates, stability) and game performance reports (engagement, profitability) to provide actionable insights.

  • Experience in grey/unlicensed markets is a strong advantage.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.

  • Track record of working effectively with development, IT, product, marketing, and external partners.

  • Genuine enthusiasm for casino games, with a focus on delivering engaging, stable, and high-quality player experiences.
