Our Marketing Team is seeking a Retention Specialist. Our headquarters is located in Florida however this position can also be fully remote.
Your Core Focus Areas And Responsibilities Will Be
Coordinate transactional and relationship emails
Implement customer engagement and retention planning
Manage main customer programs ranging from referral, loyalty, and customer offers
Create e-mail concepts based on product assortments and the promotional calendar generated by the product team
Manage and create email and SMS calendars in ClickUp
Write finished email copy including subject lines
Design customer segments for improved email and SMS performance
Manage drip campaigns for email and SMS
Conduct weekly analyses to highlight important insights and report on metrics
Lead the results of the programs and suggest improvement opportunities
Implement test and learn opportunities to guide insights and develop a business case for new experiments (e-mail and SMS A/B testing)
Collaborate with senior manager to perform customer and competitive analysis to help identify whitespace opportunities and increase retention across important customer groups
Work with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns aimed at list growth
What You Need To Succeed
Must-Haves:
Experience with ESPs like Klaviyo, Drip
Experience with SMS platform (Attentive, SMSBump, Postscript)
Be able to provide clear instructions to designers
3-5 years of experience in e-commerce/DTC brands/agency
Nice to Haves:
Experience with Direct Mail
Be able to write copy for emails and SMS.
Experience with e-commerce apps like Tapcart
