Our platform is used by >2M+ users in some of the world largest and most innovative companies! We have an exciting opportunity to join our high performing Expand Sales team as an Account Manager!

More about your team - EMEA

As an individual who understands and is capable of double-digit growth with a book of named customers, you will be on a sales team made up of Account Managers and Inside Sales Reps, reporting to the Director of Expand Sales. The AM is responsible for driving new business in a defined set of Strategic Accounts that currently use Wrike. You are responsible for understanding your customer's Business Structure, Strategic Objectives, Pain Points and identifying optimisation opportunities within their current workflows to drive expansion.

How can you make an impact?

  • Managing new business within the Account Management Book of Business assigned to you.

  • Managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing

  • Managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, especially outreach activities

  • Understanding an account’s needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs

  • Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers

  • Using Salesloft

  • Ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers

  • Following proven sales principles to find prospects and win business.

  • Strong prospecting skills including discovery, articulating ROI and dealing with objections.

 

You will achieve your best if you have:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)

 

You will stand out with:

  • An understanding of the Business Value CWM Solutions can offer large Enterprise customers

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close

  • Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business

  • Experience with solution selling

  • Outbound sales calling experience

  • Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads

  • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom
