Senior Business Development Manager

What you'll do

  • Identify growth opportunities and partnerships with key players in the eCommerce space

  • Create, structure and execute business and marketing initiatives to support our growth and demand in the market

  • Lead customer development and serve as a driver for success for existing customers, from solution implementation to product feedback

  • Run ad-hoc strategy projects related to customer discovery, product development, market research, and financial analysis

  • Create a reporting and analytics structure to measure performance

Who You Are

  • Resourceful: You are flexible and find creative ways to drive results

  • You have 3+ years of work experience, ideally with some time at a startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank

  • You're highly analytical with excellent quantitative skills

  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where everything is “the first time this has been done”

  • You are not afraid to roll your sleeves up where needed

  • You are fluent in German & English, both written and spoken (This a MUST)
