About the role
As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll help us design, instrument, track, and optimize our marketing and sales process in HubSpot. Reporting into marketing, and collaborating with sales, partner success, and revenue operations, you’ll work cross functionally to ensure seamless, high converting prospect and customer experiences.

What you’ll work on:
Manage and optimize our marketing and sales process in HubSpot to support proper lead nurturing, scoring, and routing to the sales team
Assist in the creation and management of marketing and sales reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support the marketing and sales team to develop and optimize landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, and other campaigns to drive funnel conversion
Manage and maintain marketing and sales tech stack, ensuring data quality and hygiene across teams and tools (HubSpot, Intercom, and more)
What you’ll bring to the table:
1-3+ years experience in an operations, analyst, or relevant role in a fast-paced, data-driven company - B2B and SaaS experience is a plus
Experience with HubSpot is a must
Experience working cross functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams
Analytical and data driven mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A spidey-sense for problem solving and explaining complicated things quickly
Comfort with ambiguity
Deep curiosity, with a willingness to learn and ask questions to get to better solutions
