What you’ll do:

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll help design, instrument, track, and optimize our go-to-market (GTM) process. You'll own HubSpot and ensure we're using it to its full extent to deliver delightful and high-converting customer experiences. Although this role reports into marketing, you'll get to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partner success, and data teams.

  • Design, maintain, and optimize GTM processes with support from GTM leaders to ensure a seamless, high-converting customer experience from traffic to loyal customer.

  • Manage and maintain the GTM tech stack, ensuring data quality, hygiene, and optimal workflow automation across teams and tools (HubSpot, Intercom, and more).

  • Create and manage GTM reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to GTM team leaders.

Key Required Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in an operations, analyst, or relevant role in a fast-paced, data-driven company - B2B and SaaS experience is a plus.

  • Strong experience with HubSpot is a must.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and other teams.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A spidey-sense for problem-solving and explaining complicated things quickly.

  • Comfort with ambiguity.

  • Deep curiosity, with a willingness to learn and ask questions to get to better solutions.
