Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on, content-obsessed Social Media Community Manager to own and grow our online voice across LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, our podcast ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Design team, and directly with our Founder to support and promote his recently launched podcast, The Under Pressure Podcast.

This is an ideal role for someone who’s an English content‑lover, naturally curious, a fast learner, turns raw transcripts into blog posts that drive organic growth, and already has experience running social media and content for B2B brands, founders, or podcasts.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Community Engagement

  • Engage with our founder’s network and amplify podcast or PR-related content in real-time

  • Manage the LinkedIn channel end-to-end: calendar, copywriting, design briefs, scheduling, reporting, and community engagement

Podcast Management (The Under Pressure Podcast)

  • Work directly with the Founder to bring his podcast to life and grow its audience

  • Upload new episodes to Spotify, Apple, Amazon, Audible, and YouTube

  • Write compelling show notes, pull-quotes, and social snippets for each episode

  • Collaborate with Design for branded thumbnails and ensure all episodes are featured on alea.com

YouTube & Video Content

  • Manage Alea’s YouTube channel: maintain playlists, re-upload content, and ensure everything is clean and on-brand

  • Repurpose video content from webinars, conferences, and panels into snackable clips

  • Coordinate with Design on thumbnails and visuals for YouTube and podcast promotion

  • Repurpose content into reels for Instagram

Website & Blog Content

  • Transform podcast transcripts into engaging, SEO‑friendly blog articles

  • Keep the blog homepage fresh, clean, and organized

  • Upload company news, product updates, and event recaps

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance across LinkedIn, YouTube Studio, and podcast platforms

  • Deliver concise monthly reports with insights, trends, and actionable learnings to the Head of Marketing

Content Creation & Social Media Engagement

  • Edit and repurpose video content into Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos tailored for each platform

  • Create engaging posts and campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other relevant channels

  • Stay on top of social media trends to create culturally relevant, timely content

Required Qualifications

  • 3–4+ years of experience in social media, content, or podcast management (B2B, tech, or founder-led content preferred)

  • Experience with LinkedIn content strategy and engagement

  • Hands-on knowledge of CMS/blog platforms, YouTube Studio, and major podcast hosts (training provided for the rest)

  • Strong editorial instincts – ability to turn a transcript into a blog post people want to read

  • Organized, proactive, and highly collaborative – comfortable working directly with senior leadership

  • Creative yet structured – think big, but execute with clarity and consistency

  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
