Marketing Manager

About the Role

As our resident Marketing Manager,  you'll join a dynamic, passionate team with a mission to provide financial services to the entire population. Your responsibilities will be to plan, execute and optimize current strategies, create engaging content, test new channels and work to scale our consumer and b2b growth. You’ll be working remotely with a global team, with preference of working hours to be on the west coast of the US.


  • Content creation: Driving and executing projects from start to finish. Creating content for videos and crafting seo driven articles for our website. You’ll be a master at keyword optimized social media posts, writing for gated ebooks and testing automated email workflows. You will work closely with our Graphic Designer to create custom designs for your ideas.

  • Lead with Data: Optimize new customer acquisition funnels to drive traffic and increase conversion rates. 

  • Test & Innovate: Discover untapped growth opportunities, identify emerging trends, and craft tactics to stay ahead of the curve. Your mind will be a melting pot of unrelenting ideas, bubbling with creativity and audacity.

  • Measure & Strategise: Develop measurement frameworks to monitor, analyze, and interpret the impact of our growth initiatives.

  • Performance Marketing: Work with our Graphic Designer, Sales team and Marketing team to learn, test & grow, and build a scalable strategy.

  • SEO: Optimize our website's visibility in search engines and help deliver top-ranking page results.

  • Social Media: Create community and buzz through social media to ignite engagement and grow our reach.

  • Product-Lead Growth: Work with the Product Managers reviewing product roadmap and features to drive engagement.


  • You should have 3-5 years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or related fields.

  • A background in Finance or B2B Marketing is desired.

  • A flair for creativity, innovation, and outside-the-box thinking.

  • Expertise across the online marketing channels, with a focus on content creation, SEO, social media, partnerships, and website growth.

  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot, Intercom and other marketing platforms is a plus.

  • A hunger for knowledge, staying on top of the latest tips, tricks and hacks to grow ambitiously fast.

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
