With $20M+ ARR, 100% YoY growth, and a newly expanded product suite (ad network, website builder, paid tiers), we’re entering our next phase of hypergrowth.

We’re seeking a Vibe Growth Marketer who moves fast, builds boldly, and loves experimenting. At beehiiv, you’ll tap into AI, LLMs, and no-code/low-code tools to hack growth, automate smarter, and spin up new marketing ideas. You're a builder but understand the landscape. You’ll prototype, test, and ship at the speed of our creators – fueling beehiiv's expansion.

Ideally, you'll have: 

• 3-5 years of experience with AI, APIs, and automation tools. Bonus if you've built internal agents, custom GPTs, or soloed internal tools.

• Skilled in handling both structured and unstructured data – cleaning, transforming, and integrating it into effective workflows

• Fluency in Zapier/Make/Tray/N8N, GPT-4, Retool, Python, JavaScript, SQL, LangChain, Vercel, or equivalent.

• Robust product intuition and design instincts, even without being a designer or engineer.

• Prior experience working on a high-velocity SaaS growth team.

• Familiarity with GTM systems like HubSpot, etc.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Prototype and launch AI-powered workflows to improve speed, personalization, and targeting across marketing channels (e.g., GPTs for ad copy, agents for segmentation, auto-generated landing pages).

• Create and deploy MVPs for growth experiments using tools like Retool, Zapier, or custom scripts, all without needing Engineering support.

• Automate repetitive marketing workflows from campaign QA to performance reporting to lead enrichment.

• Leverage APIs, webhooks, and LLMs to build a scalable growth infrastructure.

• Work together with design, product, and data science teams to test and refine ideas that open new growth opportunities.
