Role Description

As the Head of Growth at BerryClean, you will take ownership of all Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive and sustain the continued growth of our company. We're looking for a self-motivator with the initiative to be the GTM keystone for our next phase of growth based on their existing experiences, and ability to rapidly teach themselves other critical skills. These include optimization of customer metrics such as LTV, acquisition cost, CPC, retention, etc. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

You will lead a team of operators focused on sales and marketing functions, providing guidance, expertise, and oversight to drive execution and achieve our growth objectives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and implementing innovative strategies to expand our market presence and maximize revenue opportunities. Existing Team:

You will lead a dynamic team of 4-5 operators with a focus on sales and marketing functions. While they possess the capability for execution, they will rely on your leadership to bring additional experience and drive to our growth initiatives.

Foundation Inheritance:

You will inherit a rudimentary foundation of GTM experiments, including examples of successful strategies, data on ad copy effectiveness across platforms like Meta, X, Linkedin, Yelp, Google, and insights on target audiences, customer segmentation, and competitive differentiation. While we have established frameworks, we are looking for you to come in with innovative and fresh ideas that will distinguish us from not only our direct competitors, but also also position us at the forefront of contemporary growth tactics.

Experimentation:

You will have the autonomy to experiment with various aspects of our business, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics. We encourage a data-driven approach to decision-making, where insights from experimentation inform our growth strategies.

Remote Work:

Preference will be given to candidates open to a hybrid work model, with the flexibility for remote work. While the role involves managing remote teams, understanding local market dynamics and experiencing our service in both Field Operations and on-site with clients is essential for success.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

• 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of people management

• Proficiency in various marketing and sales disciplines

• Marketing: SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Design & Copywriting, Print Marketing, Content Marketing, Growth Hacking, Branding, Social Media

• Sales: Lead Generation, Pipeline Management, Account Management, Retention, Expansion

• Experience with new GenAI tools for GTM optimization

• Familiarity with CRM and collaboration tools

• Coaching and development experience with remote teams

Bonus Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing customer support teams (with team leads already established)

• Industry experience in cleaning & home services
