Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Fundraising and Business Development to help us expand our reach and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding potential donors, sponsors, and partners to support our initiatives. The position offers a base salary + commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential donors, sponsors, and partners for the organization

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns to achieve financial goals

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, sponsors, and partners

  • Research and apply for grants and other funding opportunities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective messaging and campaigns to attract and retain donors

  • Develop and maintain accurate donor databases and ensure appropriate stewardship of donors

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful fundraising and business development

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency in using CRM and other donor management tools

  • Experience in grant writing and grant management is a plus
