The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Partnership Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, managing partner relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our partnership programs. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in partner management, sales enablement, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Program Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership program that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Partner Education and Engagement:

  • Educate partners on the benefits and features of our platform and Partner Program.

  • Conduct lunch & learn sessions, team training, and in-person meetings/demos with agency partners and prospects to position our solution as the preferred SaaS solution in the ad fraud space.

Lead Generation and Pipeline Management:

  • Collaborate with digital agencies to identify and qualify potential leads.

  • Ensure a steady flow of opportunities into the sales pipeline by working closely with the Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams to nurture and progress leads through the sales cycle.

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue from referrals by leveraging partner networks and resources.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Marketing and Collateral Development:

  • Develop marketing collateral and resources to support partner outreach and promote program adoption.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to referral revenue and pipeline development.

  • Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders.

  • CRM Management:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in partner management, sales, or a similar role within the SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of partnership programs and CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics.

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
