About The Job
We are seeking an experienced PPC Ads Analyst - Account Executive to join our dynamic client onboarding team at ClickGUARD to manage the full sales cycle for prospecting, discovery calls, demos, negotiating, and closing new business. You will help be responsible for responding to all inbound requests, issues or cases pertaining to prospects and assigned accounts for delivery, and support of the best-in-class click fraud protection solutions for search and social media ad platforms.

About the role
Take control of the sales process by understanding prospect pain points.
Manage pipeline by proactively leading prospects through the sales process.
Collect and analyzes customer data and then works to develop resolutions for issues.
Implement pro-active customer engagement and retention strategies.
Providing technical or product-related assistance and support to help clients resolve issues.
Proactively engage with, analyze and audit existing as well as help onboarding new client accounts.
Work with client to optimize and develop strategies based on company's products or services.
Develop a strong technical knowledge about the company's products or services.
Work with leadership and our engineering team to help improve the product development roadmap.
What qualifies you for this role?
Having worked in a AE role in the past where you exceeded sales targets.
Agency or B2B SaaS experience preferably in SMB and Mid-Market
Minimum of 1 to 2 years with leading ad platform (Google Ads, META, etc)
Ability to communicate highly technical issues with prospects.
Customer retention and relationship management experience.

The ideal candidate is an EA that comes from agency-based environment and therefore should possess both a good understanding of sales process and leading search and social PPC Ads platforms.
