Email Marketing Specialist (Drip Expert Preferred)

TLDR:  We are looking for a part-time (20h/week) email marketing specialist (deep experience with Drip preferred), who will oversee our entire email marketing funnel on ClickMinded.com. The current list size is ~200,000 and growing. Past experience with email marketing funnels and conversion rate optimization for a $1M+ revenue startup, is preferred.

What Is ClickMinded?

ClickMinded is the digital marketing training platform you didn't know you needed. We create world-class online courses, SOPs, and checklists on digital marketing that companies use to train their teams every day. Companies like Grammarly, WeWork, Volvo, StitchFix, and 50,000 other folks you may not have heard of (yet).

Our goal is to get 100,000 people onto ClickMinded by December 2023 (2x growth), and we go to work every day against some of the most competitive digital marketers in the game.

What’s This Job About?

This job is all about completely revamping our email marketing sales funnel. Our email list is our business’ most valuable asset, and we have developed an entirely new strategy for it.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Review our new strategy, and tell us what they agree and disagree with

• Implement the new strategy on your own with very little direction

What Are The Expectations?

The person in this role will be expected to:

• Review our email marketing funnel plan and give us honest feedback on what they agree/disagree with

• Execute the new strategy with very little direction (but, obviously, the first few weeks will include ramp-up time!)

• Come up with a hypothesis for experiments, run experiments, conclude experiments, and start the process over again

• Work with our copywriters, video editors, designers, and agencies, and use them as resources to run your own tests.

• We work across all time zones (the team is based in the US, Europe & Asia) and are mostly asynchronous but you will need availability from 9-10AM ET for calls if necessary during the week

What Type Of Person Will Succeed?

The ideal candidate has:

• Working proficiency in English

• 2+ years experience developing and optimizing email marketing sales funnels

• - Experience with Drip and liquid templating a massive plus.

• Experience with direct-response copywriting is a massive plus.

• Experience running A/B tests is a massive plus.

• Baseline familiarity with the e-commerce sales funnel, web analytics, email marketing, HTML & CSS.

• A bias towards speed with a relentless focus on getting new advertising campaigns live as quickly as possible.

$25/hour range, based on experience
